The Dorm Cake
Ingredients:
1 packet cream of wheat (maple brown sugar flavor)
1 egg
1 scoop hot coco mix
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
Preheat microwave, by running it for 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients to microwaveable container and stir. It will look ?half digested? initially, but once the coco is added, it will begin to look like real cake mix.
It will also begin to smell like real cake mix, somehow.
Put in microwave and heat for 3 minutes, or until cake-like substance is formed. Make sure that the foam that forms in the center cooks thoroughly.
Your cake is ready to eat! (No honest)
Mmmmm, that looks good?!
This is more like a chocolate keish, I think a whole egg is too much.
So there you have it, this cake is an excellent choice if you are hungry enough. It has an interesting texture. The cream of wheat mix is not as refined as flour would be. The cake is also very dense. It has the same density as a very wet sponge. There is not really a good way to solve this. We have theorized about using some sort of carbonated beverage, but this would mean it takes longer to cook. It smells like a real cake, but that can be attributed to the coco mix. As far as other uses for the cake go, I think it may be water proof, or at least water resistant. You might be able to form it into a nice pair of boots.
